Or as an added storage capacity. ANNEX CARRIER/CASE can attach on any side panels of the X-CASE (either during backpack or briefcase mode), while the ANNEX LINER can attach to the compression straps on the front panel.

And to prevent the handles from dangling when using in backpack mode, the front handle can be shortened (with the grip on it), while the rear can be stored inside a pocket for a more clean, streamlined look. Like we said, the ultimate all-in-one bag.
